Welcome to EffuzionArt. By accessing my website and purchasing my artwork, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Payment policy

Prices are stated in Pound Sterling

  • Full payment must be received before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Any taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the Buyer

Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only.
  • Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
  • The Artist is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs. Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control
  • Shipping within the U.K. is free however international shipping will need to be calculated for the buyers cost.

Intellectual property and usage

All artwork displayed on EffuzionArt is the exclusive property of Margaret Bruton and is protected by copyright laws. When you purchase artwork from me, prints or originals, the intellectual property rights remain with the artist. This means you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the artwork without explicit written permission from EffuzionArt. Sharing images of the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes is generally permitted, provided proper attribution to EffuzionArt and the artist is given. For any commercial use or reproduction, please contact me to discuss licensing options.

Returns and Refunds

  • Original artworks are generally non-refundable unless damaged or materially misdescribed.
  • Approved returns must be made within 14 days in original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the Buyer’s responsibility unless the return results from the Artist’s error.

At EffuzionArt, i aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues or have a disagreement regarding your purchase or my services, please contact me directly at effuzionart@hotmail.com in the first instance. I am absolutely committed to finding a fair and amicable resolution. I believe that most concerns can be resolved through direct communication.
